A little about Gizmojack

Gizmojack is the IT/Technology arm of the Engagement Strategy Group, A company based in Romania serving mainly startups (but not only) in different sectors with management consulting, business development and marketing services. Throughout the years, we noticed that many of our clients needed help in implementing the technology and technical aspects of the marketing strategy and toolbox that we created for them. What happens if your website goes down?

Websites can go down for various reasons including infrastructure failure, server related issues, WordPress related issues, internet connectivity and more.

In the event that a WordPress website hosted on our servers goes down, we receive an alert and can immediately check what happened. Once we diagnose the issue, the response time and necessary actions depend on the cause.

We always try to respond and restore the website in the shortest time possible. If the issue is not within our control, we do everything we can to advance a resolution while keeping you up to date.

We do this within our working hours: 09:00 – 21:00 CEST, 7 days a week.
