About me

Hi, I’m Aviram

I have 20+ years of experience across software development, system architecture and cloud infrastructure. I help startups and SMEs build reliable, scalable infrastructure on AWS, from WordPress hosting and Docker deployments to AI model inference on GPU instances.

I work in European hours and communicate in plain English. Every week I also write about what I see in client systems, so you can get a feel for how I work before we talk.

His knowledge of the most up to date tools, products and services is second to none… taking time to explain thoroughly, enabling us to increasingly manage independently.

Sarah McNeill
IT Manager, Lexonik (UK)

On top of Aviram’s excellent professional capabilities, he also continuously demonstrates dedication, availability, transparency…

Dan Sorek
Managing Partner, AuroraView (IL)

When times are tough, some partners show what they are made of. My ongoing experience with Aviram has always been extremely positive.

Who I work with

Software companies that need the foundations looked after

Typical clients

Small and medium software companies

Startups included. The tech stack and the niche are not important. What matters is that your infrastructure needs someone to plan it and look after it.

Some of my clients

  • Fintech SaaS
  • A software development company
  • A real estate holdings company

The problem I keep solving

Work that was never planned or written down

Most of what I untangle is unplanned or unorganized work, and legacy systems that are undocumented or poorly documented. I map what exists, document it and put a plan in place.

Sample use cases

  • Infrastructure that grew without a plan
  • Legacy systems nobody fully understands
  • Knowledge that lives in one person’s head

How I work

Four habits that make the work easy to hand over

Documented

A high level of documentation is one of my strengths. You get the full picture of what runs where, and why.

In your name

Accounts and infrastructure belong to you from the start, so there is nothing to hand back at the end.

With your team

I come from a full stack developer background, so working alongside your developers feels natural.

Straightforward communication

I explain what I did and why, in European hours, with a reply within 24 hours.

Questions

Questions people ask before we start

What do you do, in one sentence?

I create, maintain and optimize a tech stack for the client’s needs.

That covers cloud infrastructure on AWS, Docker and CI/CD, server management and security, managed WordPress hosting and private AI infrastructure.

Who do you typically work with?

Small to medium software companies, including startups.

The tech stack and the niche are not important. What matters is that the infrastructure needs someone to plan it and look after it.

What is the main challenge you keep solving?

Work that was not well planned or is unorganized, and legacy work that is undocumented or poorly documented.

I map what exists, document it and put a plan in place, so the next change is easier than the last.

Who are your current clients?

A fintech SaaS company, a software development company and a real estate holdings company.

Beyond the testimonials above, I value my clients’ privacy. Additional references can be provided upon request.

Do you work with clients outside Europe? Which time zones?

I currently work with clients in Israel and in Europe, and I have worked with US based clients too.

Some of the developers I work with are in Asia. I work in European hours and reply within 24 hours.

Can you work with my existing developer or team?

Yes. I come from a full stack developer background, so I am very comfortable working with development teams.

What happens at the end, do I get everything handed over?

Yes. Everything is in your name anyway, and you get the full documentation.

A high level of documentation is one of my strengths, so the infrastructure can change hands without surprises.
